Benefits of a Virtual Assistant
Hiring a full-time, in-house employee isn’t always feasible for small businesses, especially when valuable fee-earner time is being absorbed by routine, easily outsourced tasks.
The financial burden, along with the pressure to maintain a steady workload for a full-time hire, can be overwhelming, not to mention the endless cycle of recruitment and onboarding.
In contrast, The Legal Assist Co offers a range of advantages for small firms:
Greater Flexibility
Lower Costs
Transparancy
Project work
By leveraging virtual support, small firms can streamline operations, reduce overheads, and focus on high-value work, without the constraints of traditional employment.

FAQs
-
Upon submitting an enquiry, Lucy will organise a discovery call to ascertain your needs.
A client service agreement will be provided to you for your acceptance.
You can then decide if you would like to utilise services on a recurring or ad hoc basis. Recurring (block time), is available in 5 hour increments. A retainer agreement is then sent for acceptance.
As Lucy has multiple clients, scheduling her time in advance is important to secure her time for your business. If you are an ad-hoc client, a calendar with available dates will be sent to you at the beginning of the month.
-
If you are after short-term support, securing time on an ad-hoc basis is the right choice for you.
Ad-hoc support is invoiced fortnightly and is not locked into a monthly or fixed-term agreement.
If you require short-term support, reach out to Lucy to see if she can accommodate your required dates.
-
There are a few ways you can submit tasks and work to Lucy.
The most common way is to have access to the company server and an email address to work internally. This enables the use of the firm’s software and precedents set by the firm.
Alternatively, you can provide Lucy with documents via email or a secure Dropbox method.
